"Jeans for a Cause" Day
Twice a month, employees may wear blue jeans to work for the day for a $1 donation to a chosen charity. Equitable matches the amount contributed by employees on each "Jeans for a Cause" day.
Random Acts of Kindness
The RAK PAK takes Equitable's spirit of giving one step further. Each quarter the group arranges opportunities for Equitable's employees to step out into the community and perform "Random Acts of Kindness."
