Save time, trouble and money by paying premium through our automatic bank draft plan. You never have to worry about an unintentional lapse of coverage. Plus, there are no checks to write, no envelopes to address and no postage stamps to buy.

To place your policy on automatic bank draft, please print and complete a Bank Draft Authorization Form and send it to us with a voided check for proper encoding. A deposit slip may not contain correct information. We will assume monthly bank draft is desired, unless you specify otherwise. In most cases, we can electronically draft either a checking or savings account.

To change your account, simply print and complete a new bank draft authorization form and either mail or fax it to us with a new voided check for proper encoding.
